GO~2024   Please note: All orders do receive automatic tracking information sent to the email address you provide during order placement. Check all your email folders including spam/trash/junk. Then if you would, click the tracking link to follow the USPS package being delivered.  Ground Advantage takes approximately 2-5 business days. Priority takes approximately 1-3 business days within the continental USA. However, the postal service has been known for delays due to weather or re-routing issues. So, follow the tracking information provided closely and or contact your local postal service with regard to shipping issues or delay concerns.  ONCE the package is picked up at our place of business ~ it is then in the hands of the United State Postal Service and they have their own method of operation for tracking, photos and delivery separate from us. Overall, from our experience/feedback there has been less than .01% issues with shipping from USPS. Main matters have been over all due to delivery times. This likely occurs when they reroute packages perhaps due to natural weather-related occurrence in other states and abroad. Rest assured USPS has accounted for/and delivered all our shipments to date.
