When will we re-run auctions?
That is a plan for the future, in our Facebook auction groups. But due to internet traffic daily sales, and filling orders we have not had an opportunity to move forward on the auctions at this time.

Our beads are of high quality when shipped. Longevity for any bead is important to many. To help you continue enjoying your beads for years to come, we have gathered some quick TIPS on how to protect all your beads over time, from dirt, dust and fading by properly storing in, protective storage cases, glass or tubed containers. Store away from heat and avoid direct long-term sun exposure, also avoid over exposure to florescent lighting. Keep beads away from high humidity, avoid storing in humid or mildew prone environments. Wash your hands before each use to remove any oil or debris.

why do beads have different weights?
Tiny beads have different weights based on the colors plus materials used to create beads by the manufacturer. Such as galvanized, plated, and duracoat materials weigh more than Ceylon, Silky Satins etc. Different type coatings are a major factor. Some beads have multiple coatings applied. Tubes and different fillers can also weight in different varieties at times, since beads are so small based on grams. Smaller the beads the more weight density. However, we do check final weights during packaging and by group sets averages regularly to have the best consistent quality control for our members.
What are Delica beads?
The word "DELICA" is a brand name, made only by the MIYUKI manufacture. DELICA'S are a premium type, uniquely made-cylindrical shaped bead. DELICA is the most popular requested bead brand by beader's around the world. DELICA'S are best known for their uniformity and tubular shape, making them an excellent use for even-count & odd-count peyote stitch + brick stitch. These large hole-perfectly cylinder beauties can accommodate various passes of thread for one’s loom and off-loom beading creative projects.

· We ship Monday-Friday NO shipping on SATURDAY and SUNDAYS.
· Products shipped out after receiving payment will have digital records, photos and a tracking number.
· Once an Order is Confirmed Shipment (Through USPS): It is the you the (buyers) tasks to be pro-active and report any missing packages first to your local post office within (24) hours, filing out a missing package report in addition to possibly filing a police report within your local area for any and all mail tampering in your shipped to location. We will surely try to help when we can however, if there is crime in your area with packages and delivers, its best if you can contact your local authorities right away.
